Their rental accommodation forms a new chapter in the family’s fascinating story, which began with the four-star hotel Hermitage Paccard.

In the hamlet of Les Mouilles, next to the Hermitage Paccard Hotel, our Alpine apartments stand at the foot of Mont Blanc. With capacity from 1 to 4 or 5 people, they are ideal for a stay with family or friends in Chamonix. A romantic country house
Maison Alpie is a former stone and wood farmhouse in Chamonix, dating back to 1830, which has been converted into a luxury house with exclusive facilities, to offer the promise of delightful stays. With four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, 290 m² of space to live in and share, two gardens and a top floor entirely dedicated to daydreaming, Maison Alpie is a place to create beautiful memories.

CHECK-IN
-Availability of accommodation not guaranteed before 4pm.
-The arrival time must be specified at the time of confirmation. The address of the accommodation and entrance codes will be given before arrival.

-One free parking space per accommodation, upon availability.
CHECK-OUT
-The accommodation must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
-The time of departure must be specified at the latest the day before in order to get the keys and to make the inventory of fixtures.
-We kindly ask you to leave the accomodation in order & cleaned dishes
PAYMENT
-To confirm your reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of reservation. Then the remaining 70% will be debited 14 days before arrival.

GENERAL CONDITIONS - REGULATIONS
You have a completely independent accommodation in a quiet & restful place.
The customer commits himself to :
- Respect the peace of all in a place chosen for its quietness (specially morning-evening) Parties are forbidden in our accommodations.
- Respect the capacity of the accommodation.
- Respect and return the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness. Any damage to objects or equipment may be charged according to the value of any repairs. Including the ski room and ski locker at disposal.
- To make any complaint concerning the facilities on arrival in the accommodation. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. The Tenant is presumed to have received the rented premises in a good state of repair and must return them as such, unless proven otherwise (article 1731 of the civil code).
- The Tenant shall not occupy the premises other than as a tenant, the exercise of any trade, profession or industry being strictly prohibited.
- No ski equipment (boots, skis, snowboard...) are allowed in the accommodation or in the corridor of the building the customer has to use the ski locker at his disposal.
CLEANING SERVICE & SUPPLIES
Cleaning is offered for free before your arrival: the accommodation will be perfectly equipped and prepared for your visit.
We propose; on demand ; A cleaning service during your stay, depending on the duration of the stay and availability (charged extra).
The accommodation and services include, the duration of your stay:
- Bed linen (beds done for your arrival)
- Bath linen: 2 towels per person, bathrobe and slippers
To facilitate your arrival, we offer you some welcome products:
- Welcome product kit: Shampoo & soap (to be left on site at departure)
- Kitchen welcome set
- Cleaning and maintenance kit at your disposal during your stay

Access not allowed for people under 16 years old. Offer valid only Thursdays or Mondays, upon reservation and subject to availability. From 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Once per stay and per person. Possibility of adding access during your stay (at an additional cost).
-BREAKFAST
You can also enjoy breakfast at the hotel (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) or a basket delivered to your door (8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.).

-BAR & SMALL CATERING
Enjoy a selection of mountain cheese or charcuterie in the hotel lounge or have a drink by the fireplace from Thursday to Tuesday morning.
-SKI
The shoes and skis are forbidden inside the building and the appartments.
During your stay, you will have access to a free ski locker with boot heaters. It is located in the Hotel Hermitage near your accommodation: Access from outside the Hotel only.
We have a partnership with a ski shop in Chamonix that will be happy to offer you a 15% discount on ski hiring!
Sanglard is only a few minutes from your accommodation! You can even benefit from an equipment delivery service directly to your ski locker – free of charge. On request at the store.
